Who I Serve
I love making connections and building relationships with those I coach. While I work with many different age groups, I identify most with working mothers and teenagers - because those are what I know best!
Mothers
Many mothers I work with struggle to find personal time to prioritize themselves. As the manager of a household, leader of everyone’s schedules, and the one who is left to take care of the loose ends, it can be extremely overwhelming to get everything done.
After doing as much as they can in a day, little time is left for themselves. Their sleep suffers, their exercise and nutrition choices suffer, and there is no time to rest and simply be.
I help women understand where their priorities lie and how they can make time for themselves in each phase of their parenting years. From delegating tasks around the house to teaching them the importance of an empowered no, I help overextended moms make time to care for their own health without the baggage of guilt.
Teenagers
Is your teen struggling with managing their time and energy throughout the week?
It is very common to see them face overwhelming schedules filled with homework and sports’ commitments with very little down time to relax and socialize with family and friends. I facilitate the necessary conversations to help them build simple and sustainable habits that they can take with them throughout their life. There is no better time than right now to begin to help them navigate these very important life lessons.
I focus the dialogue around your teen’s current habits and patterns by asking a few simple questions:
What’s going well?
Where do you stress and struggle?
What do you wish you had more time for?
These questions and the discussions that follow open the door to great conversation. From here, we can adjust their current lifestyle with simple habits that create the biggest impact. The ultimate goal is for them to learn how to manage their responsibilities while also finding more ease and enjoyment in life.
