How It Works
When managing a busy schedule, nutrition can often be the first thing we sacrifice. When we work together, I guide you through the planning required to maximize your time and energy in the kitchen while improving your overall health. This can include:

Notice Without Judgement:
What is your current relationship with food? How does your body feel on a daily basis? Take an honest look at how food is playing a role in your mental and physical health.
Keep It Simple:
Eat real food, not too much, mainly veggies. Most meals should look generally the same - a protein, a starch, and lots of vegetables. The goal is to eat so much real food that snacking isn’t necessary due to hunger. And there’s no need to read labels if it’s real food!
Plan and Prepare:
Proper nutrition doesn’t just happen. Create the time to plan your menu, prepare your meals and learn to connect with your food in a way that excites you!
