Working with me is simple and you don’t need to change your entire lifestyle overnight. I understand that every client is different, so my services and support will be customized to you and your specific needs.

Evaluate the wellness wheel and understand core challenges: 

The wellness wheel covers 10 areas of life that all support one another along with your overall wellness and satisfaction in life. After answering a few simple questions, we learn more about your strengths and struggles.

 

Get started and establish your habits:

Since every client’s starting point looks different, I use our previous conversations and wellness wheel discussion to present to you a roadmap for moving forward. Here, we pick the simplest yet most effective habits that have the potential to create the biggest impact on your life.

 

Evaluate, adjust, and refine 

As we move forward, we will continually check in, evaluate and see what strategies are or are not working for you. Life is a constant balancing act, so as circumstances change in your life, we adjust accordingly - and I support you every step of the way.
