Finding A schedule that works for you

The world runs on time and it’s never guaranteed. If you struggle to manage your schedule and make time for the things that matter in your life, working with a coach will be a great support.

When we work together, you will gain an understanding for how precious your time really is. While the to-do lists and running around can feel endless, I am here to help you be intentional with each day, plan for the big things, and enjoy all the little things, too.

How It Works

I believe that when you are clear on what really matters to you, you can begin to eliminate all the things that do not. Once you establish your non-negotiables, you can prioritize your day to include more of what brings you happiness. I help you identify your priorities, acknowledge your biggest challenges and create a plan. We will use simple yet effective habits that support your current schedule and life demands. This can include:

  • Reviewing your calendar to see where you currently spend your time and energy

  • Restructuring your schedule to prioritize the things that matter most to you

  • Helping you understand the value of an empowered no

  • Teaching you the power of habit stacking

Working On Your Timing

Notice Without Judgement:

Where do you spend your time, energy, and money? Look at your calendar and bank statements. What you see highlights your current habits. How do you feel about what you see?

Keep It Simple:

Invest in a planner. Whether you choose a paper calendar or online system, it will support you in measuring success. And what gets measured, typically gets done.

Plan and Prepare:

What are the daily habits you are striving to implement? Once you are clear on what matters most to you, creating a plan to practice those habits becomes simple.

With Holly‘s guidance I have been able to segment my tasks and also implement an hour of time for myself each day to do what I choose to do. This sacred time actually adds unbelievable value and allows me to better focus on my work and family responsibilities. Holly’s support and belief in me is a game-changer.
