I help you understand where your body is currently at, where you want to be, and most importantly, how you want to feel! What we do every day matters a lot more than what we do every once in a while. I will support you and your commitment to your goals as we create the perfect workout routine that fits your time and financial budget.
How It Works
I help you set reasonable goals, adjust your habits, and create a simple system that supports your current needs. We identify what types of movement you enjoy, from working out at a traditional gym to walking, hiking, biking, and more. The key is to find movement that is enjoyable and doable with your lifestyle. The goal is not to change everything overnight. I help you find simple yet effective habits that prioritize fitness and movement in your life.
We start with things you love and continue to build upon your increased fitness. Every person’s schedule looks different and so will their weekly fitness routine. Whether you choose in person private sessions or custom remote programming, our time together will include:
Discovering what types of movement you enjoy
Programming custom workouts that align with your personal fitness goals
Restructuring your schedule to create the space needed for your weekly exercise routine

Keep It Simple:
Find a way to commit to at least 30 minutes of movement a day, five to six times per week. Long term consistency and frequency are the key to creating a new lifestyle!
