Keep It Simple:
Find a way to move your body for at least 30 minutes, five to six times per week. Long term consistency and frequency is the key to creating a new lifestyle!
Plan and Prepare:
Schedule your workouts with a partner or coach - accountability and support are the first steps in creating a Fresh Habit that lasts a lifetime.
